hi regarding about cellphones? i would rather choose globe than smart ,because for me the signal of globe network works more clearer than the smart, i used globe simcard everytime i go home for a holiday, for signal's sake. References :
i'm more comfortable with globe. i don't know why but it was the first network i've been with since i started using a mobile phone. I've also tried smart and sun but in the end i opted for globe. I guess it depends on personal preference. References :
I prefer Globe than Smart. Been using Globe for almost 8 years now. I tried Smart once but I changed back to Globe because it has far greater features and it is true what most of the subscribers of the network said, that it gives you stronger signals for your mobile. My sister is using Smart and she is frequently having a hard time sending text messages, receiving phone calls (her cellphone is brand new) plus she encounters that strange load problem (she purchased P500 worth of load next thing she knew she just lost P50 of it though she hasn't used a single centavos yet). I have been convincing her to subscribe to Globe but she says it's better for her being a Smart user because there are more of them than Globe users (more people to text). References :
NONE. Smart has POOR customer care and services while globe is a very GREEDY company. Do you know that the NTC has already called their attention about their unlimited text promo? Funny I think NTC don't have the power to do that because it's a business strategy but somehow they manage to meddle with globe's marketing. Right now, our communication networks are monopolized by these lousy companies. References :
I've been a GLOBE user eversince and so far, I haven't encountered any problem with their service. However, they're in hot waters now because of the increase in unlimited texting rate that they implemented (or are planning to implement). References :

For prepaid subscription, I recommend smart, but for post-paid plans, I recommend Globe.
