Do you have to be really good at maths or english or both to get a job as an estate agent?
There are no set entry requirements for trainee agents, although GCSE's/S grades (A-C/1-3), or higher level qualifications, can be an advantage. Most employers look for a good personal attitude and communication skills as much as formal qualifications. Increasing legislation covering the property market means that agents do need to be able to build up a good knowledge of the relevant laws.

use loads of colours and pictures, just short words in markers for description. cut and paste from magazines - pictures of instruments or whatever's going on in his life - e.g. he went deaf so you could get a nice huge picture of an ear and cross it out.
as for the time line itself, it could be straight for the 'normal' parts of his life and rocky, like staggering, short and long jagged lines (think heart failure in a hospital's ECG!) for the parts when he was having a rough time.
