Hi I need some serious advice! Ok here's the rundown: I've known josh for about 9 months. After about the 3rd month he told me that he was in love with me. Problem is he had moved to Europe (I live in the states). So when I saw him over break I told him that if we lived in the same city, I couldn't see why not. But because we don't it would be ridiculous to try. However we continued to talk all the time, and I mean allll the time.
About 2 months later I got back together with my ex (we dated for 5 years). And before doing so, out of respect, I told Josh. He said it was 100% ok with him and that he had no problems with it at all. About 2 weeks later, comp out of the blue, he told me he wanted nothing to do with me. that he couldn't trust me, etc. Whats up with that? He told me he was ok with it and we weren't even dating! Anyways, since then I've tried speaking to him. Inviting him for coffee etc (he moved back) and he'll say he's coming, but then flake out last minute/turn off his phone/say he "lost it". But then some days he'll call me, talk to me about anything and everything. Its like he's ok with talking to me on the phone, but seeing me in person? I don't know.! Advice would be appreciated
ps. i truly don't want to lose my friendship with him. He's one of the best people I know. But at the same time I feel like Its a lost cause and I'm just disrespecting myself by trying to fix it. Especially when he's being such an ass. Help :)!!

First you should probably learn how to spell correctly and secondly it seems his mind is made up already.He told you that you tried and were unsuccessful. I understand you want your family back and I empathize with your heartbreak but if it's over why make it worse. Focus your attention on building an amicable relationship so the baby can grow up to understand he/she is loved by both his/her parents. Its not healthy for a child to grow up seeing his parents argue back and forth, there needs to be an example set on conflict resolution and compromise.It didn't work out so for the sake of your child try to move on with your life. Sorry but Good Luck!

I have to be the scholar in this paper, all the ideas must be mine. I'm writing from 8 sources and I'm writing 8-10 pgs. It cant contain more than 1 pg of history. I have to tie in reggaeton to pop culture some how. I cant just say its part of pop culture b/c it's good and people like it. I don't know how to successfully write a pop culture paper of this sort. Can someone help give me guidelines I could follow?

She can move out on 31st if she has not signed a lease with the landlord or with you. If she has signed, you have to read the lease about notification, which generally is 30 days.

Very good question. The upper class in this country get better education and higher quality schools. That leaves the rest in the dust for sure. I say that since our taxes pay for it, every child should get equal.

Brazilian Portuguese has a hard accent… I know. I'm Brazilian and I see how we kind of cut words in the middle, don't say others, etc.

One good way to learn how people actually speak in a country or region is watching movies made in that country. I've done it a lot, and your ear kind of gets "trained" after a while. And then you can go on to use this training to speak!
Try renting Brazilian movies on DVD and watch it with English subtitles first. Then, after that, watch it again with Brazilian Portuguese subtitles. It's amazing how much you learn about pronouncing the words in the right way! And it's fun too.

Just watch out for any regional movie (like some Brazilian movies that show very specific part of Brazil) because you won't be able to understand a word they're saying. It's hard even for me to get them.
