I want to find some investor come to China investing on planting camellia trees and get the camellia oil.Can anybody give me some ideas how to find those investors?It can be several investors form a joint-venture.

His is what I have reflected on the death of Jesus. For me I think I can. Because now is not yet the real crisis of he earth but maybe 30 years the real problems come. Honestly I'm 13 and I have planted 3 lychee seeds at a pot and now it has signs of grow

How do I patent a product if I don't have thousands of dollars to invest?
I have an awsome product idea (still in process of producing said product) the problem is that once it is finished I would like to patent it but I dont have a money tree if I did I wouldn't need to come up with products I have tried searching the internet it I am constantly finding contradicting sites. Does anyone know any real solutions or have helpful advice. Thank you
There are sites out there that say they will help you get a patent, but you are advised to avoid them. Try this first. Find a book on Patent It Yourself, from Nolo Press. It will take you through the whole process, and, yes you can do it yourself. You can do your own patent drawings and there are ways you can do most of it without a lawyer. Look into it.
But, before getting into the patent, you should evaluate other means of intellectual property protection. Coke, for example, relies on Trade Secret (well established in law) to protect their formula. The Hula Hoop was never patented (it was trademarked). And simply by writing this publicly, I have copyright protection. So, look at the other choices.

Ability to flip land for the trees on it?
I've got some extra money to invest and I'm considering purchasing some wooded land to harvest for the oak/pine for profit and future development. I was wondering if anyone else had done this successfully and the manner in which they cleared the land. THANKS!
The profit would come from the sale price of the trees being more than the purchase price of the land.

How much does it cost to cut and transport the trees?
How much does it cost to clean up the land for selling?
What is the bareland worth and what can it be used for?
Who would buy it?
How much does it cost to hold the land while you try to find a buyer?
If you don't pay cash for the land, where do you get financing for bare land?
Forest companies can make this plan happen because they have a 100 year business plan, and they do the cutting and milling of the trees.. Where does your profit come from?
