Can someone help me and give some information on this hard topic in Chemistry?

It is “movement of electrons among energy levels, and what happens when they do”. I really don’t understand this stuff. PLEASE HELP ASAP!

If electrons absorb energy, that makes them jump up to a higher energy level.

When they release the energy, it comes out as light, and the electrons fall down to a lower energy level.
