So my roommate told me yesterday she is moving out on the 31st of this month from our apt. So that's about a 17 day notice. Does she have the right to do that
She can move out on 31st if she has not signed a lease with the landlord or with you. If she has signed, you have to read the lease about notification, which generally is 30 days.
