i think only you can figure the economics of this business, it's worth in 10 yrs and cost to establish etc. Sounds good to me, but don't ask me to do the math on it..
OK here's a guess………
$1000 per tree X 100 trees = $100,000 (minus cost)! good, college is covered and then some.
Beware of theft of valuable trees, crooks aren't stupid.

generally this does not work as teak trees are generally not very proven for social forestry.It will take minimum 50 to 60 years for full growth to give handsome returns.So it might be useful for your next generation.So this should not be viewed as a good investment option unless you have large areas of land with necessary facilities.
